• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number
• Basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider (Netlify), such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your booking and payment
• To communicate with you about your reservation
• To calculate accurate, current pricing for your stay
• To meet legal and tax obligations related to short-term rental operation
• If you opt in, to send you occasional promotional emails about future stays or special offers. We do not enroll guests in marketing emails automatically — this requires your affirmative consent, and every marketing email includes an easy way to unsubscribe at any time

3. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and process bookings. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing (receives your payment details directly; see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Resend — sends us a booking notification email when you complete a reservation, and (only if you've opted in) delivers any promotional emails you've agreed to receive
• Netlify — hosts this website and its booking functions
• PriceLabs — supplies the nightly pricing shown on this site

We also check availability data from other short-term rental listing platforms where this property is advertised, to keep this site's calendar accurate. This is a one-way check — no guest information from this site is sent to those platforms.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking and payment records for as long as necessary to fulfill your reservation and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

5. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations (for example, tax records related to completed stays). If you've opted in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every such email, or by contacting us directly.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page, which you're redirected to for payment, operates under its own privacy practices as an external site.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the age threshold defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
