Last updated: 2026. This is a draft template and has not been reviewed by an attorney.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Bryan Garner ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are separate from, and in addition to, the Guest Rental Agreement that applies once you make a reservation.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided to let visitors view information about, and book stays at, Cedar Park Family Retreat. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to scrape, copy, or republish its content, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Bookings & Payment

Submitting a booking request and completing payment through this site constitutes an offer to rent the Property for the selected dates, subject to acceptance and the terms of the Guest Rental Agreement and House Rules & Cancellation Policy. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.

3. Pricing

Nightly rates displayed on this site are dynamically updated but may occasionally be out of date due to a synchronization delay. The price shown and confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your booking.

4. Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party businesses and websites (for example, local attractions) for informational convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, and design of this website are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit any liability related to your actual stay at the Property, which is governed separately by the Guest Rental Agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Williamson County, Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
